Time taken for each piece will depend on type, detail and circumstances but maximum will be 1 month unless stated otherwise, because I am on the slower side.• I have a right to decline a commission
• I maintain all rights to my works
• I am allowed to post finished works, speed paints, and wips on social media, unless a fee is paid for it to be private (finished and wips) or asked (wips)
• I am allowed to have my watermark on all my works.
• You can post the wip and finished work of your commission with credit
• You cannot claim any of my works as yours
• You can use my work for personal display (profile picture, banners, etc)
• You may not edit or change my work after or during, including AI enhancing, redrawing, recoloring, etc
• You can not erase or cover my watermark
• You MAY NOT use my work for AI training, or any process that would include generative AI.
• Commissions are first come first serve unless under circumstances.

Commercial use
• since I am new, commercial usage of my pieces is not allowed.
odd exceptions
• for character sprites, emojis and what not, only credits needed, idk I'm new
Payments and refunds
• payment will be upfront and in full unless other methods are discussed.
• refunds, for now, will now not be accepted cause half of the payment methods aren't refundable in the way I'd prefer.
bonus
if tos or prices change after you’ve requested the commission your commission will be treated with the same tos/price as when u requested it

Sketching phase
• as many changes/as you want, including initial colors
Rendering phase
• heavy detailing, refining and only minor/easy changes, no last second or excessive revisions (3+)
